Clarins skincare
After years of being a Clinique girl I have recently discovered the wonders of Clarins skincare range. This Christmas I was bought my first Clarins gift set comprising of a foaming cleanser, toning lotion , and a moisturiser.
I usually struggle with combination skin to find a product that is able to control the oily patches without drying out other areas. Having very sensitive skin I had always had to use the products for drier skin types which are more soothing even though I suffer from an oily T-zone.
With the Clarins range I am able to use the products for combination skin even on my very sensitive skin. These are perfectly balanced to moisturiser where needed whilst controlling oil in other areas.
The foaming cleanser leaves your skin feeling wonderfully clean and soothed without making it feel tight and over dried like so many other skin care ranges for combination skin. I have never before being able to use a toner without my skin feeling sore however the Clarins toning lotion simply leaves your skin feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
It also helps to tighten up those pores and removes the dead skin that can dull your complexion. Finally the gentle day cream is a rich moisturiser that feels very light when applied to the skin. (more…)

Swiss Apple Stem Cell Serum
Just say no to chemicals when choosing your beauty skin care products! If your are already skeptical about products that are full of chemicals, you’re right, because there is no saying what kind of effects these unnatural beauty skin care products are having on your skin, they could be doing more harm than good.
Now, there is a new scientific breakthrough in skin beauty care. Emerge Labs recently announced its new product, Swiss Apple Stem Cell Serum. This is made by a new, revolutionary method which differs from other ways of making organic skin care products.
The serum is prepared using patent-pending plant cell culture technology, which brings in completely new aspects to the development of novel plant-derived cosmetics. To obtain a suitable skin beauty product, scientists use a high pressure homogenization technique to decompose the plant cells and release all the beneficial constituents while, at the same time, encapsulating these components in liquid nanoparticles.
According to emergeskincare, the serum contains PhytoCellTec Malus Domsestica, a patent-pending active ingredient that dedifferentiates callus cells from a rare Swiss apple, which means it reverts a specialized cell to an earlier developmental stage, turning it into stem cell. Apple stem cells are rich in epigenetic factors that guarantee the longevity of skin cells. Thus the product protects your skin and promotes it’s self-renewal capacity.
This Swiss Apple Stem Cell Serum has an anti-wrinkle effect and helps to keep your skin clean, soft, balanced and pure. It also contains collagen, which is the main protein structure of the skin. It provides excellent smoothing and hydrating qualities leaving your skin feeling superb. So be on the lookout for this and other organic skin care products: true, they are a bit more expensive, but at least you won’t have to worry about what you are putting on your face.

Green Tea Honey Drops Body Cream
For every woman, a daily skin beauty regiment is a very important part of her morning. This regiment can include many different types of beauty skin care products, like different creams, moisturizers and so on, to keep the skin feeling young and healthy.
But very often, the abuse of beauty cosmetics can lead to a contrary effect, because many of these products don’t contain natural ingredients, which can cause them to be not only useless, but also harmful for the skin.
The best option for those who really care for their skin beauty is to choose skin care natural products. Of course natural products are more expensive, but it’s well worth it. Health and beauty are things we shouldn’t bargain with.
It’s largely recommended to use green tea for its different health benefits, therefore, it’s added in cosmetic skin care products, as the best way to solve many of skin’s problems. The Science Daily reports researchers’ discoveries about green tea’s beneficial effects. It seems that green tea has the ability to prevent cancer, containing a component which shuts down one of the key molecules that tobacco relies upon to cause cancer. This phenomenon can explain why people who drink green tea are less prone to having cancer. The difference between Green tea and other varieties, is that green tea is not fermented, which allows it to keep powerful antioxidants, which are lost in the fermenting process.
Green tea also contains polyphenols such as tannins (a nutrient antioxidant) catchins (EGCG which is a powerful antioxidant), and flavenoids, as well as other vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin C. The antioxidants help your body fight against free radicals, which can mutate cells and cause cancer.
So, if, in addition to drinking green tea, you also use skin care products containing green tea, your skin health benefits will be two-fold. Elisabeth Arden launched a new body care organic product, Green Tea Honey Drops Body Cream, which contains exclusive ingredients to ensure long lasting skin comfort. (more…)
